I’m best positioned to serve clients who are ready to take that first courageous step toward change. With a broad foundation of experience working with teens, adults, and the elder population, I understand the unique challenges and strengths across life stages. I work especially well with individuals who are open to self-reflection, willing to challenge old patterns, and curious about viewing their experiences through a new lens. Together, we create a space for growth, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where we can begin getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s important to you, what brings you to therapy, and any concerns or goals you’d like to explore. Building a strong therapeutic relationship from the start is essential to creating meaningful progress and a sense of safety.
I draw on strength-based, supportive, and person-centered modalities to help clients recognize and build on their strengths. I foster empowerment and confidence by creating a safe, compassionate space for healing, while tailoring each session to each client’s unique journey so they feel heard, valued, and actively engaged in their growth.
Fun fact: Since childhood I have been afforded opportunities to travel throughout Europe, Asia, central/South America, and many wonderful destinations throughout the US. I am thrilled my son inherited my love for traveling. Two days after he graduates from St. Edward High School this spring, the two of us are jumping on a flight for a two-week celebration in Ireland. I am excited to show him his Irish roots, and I look forward to getting back to the Emerald Isle.
