Hi, I am Stacy Trostler, LISW-S, With more than 25 years of experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. Over the years, I have learned that while each person’s story is unique, we all have a deep desire to feel understood, valued, and connected.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, integrating these approaches based on each client’s needs, personality and goals.
Therapy is not simply about identifying what is wrong; it is about developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, recognizing the patterns that may no longer serve us, and discovering new ways of responding to life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients develop greater awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of confidence in themselves. Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to the belief that change is possible at every stage of life. Sometimes we need a safe place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what we are experiencing.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and other concerns that can make life difficult.
Remember: It is never too late to begin a new chapter.
