I am a licensed social worker and a passionate advocate for healing, growth, and self-discovery. With dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Victim Services Management, I bring both deep expertise and heartfelt dedication to my work. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults navigating the aftermath of trauma and treating a variety of disorders ranging from trauma disorders, anxiety disorders, depression disorders, and substance use. Whether working one-on-one or with families, I create a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My therapeutic style is rooted in a person-centered approach, meaning your unique story, strengths, and needs shape your therapeutic journey. I apply evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand patterns and regain control of their mental health.
Above all, I believe in the power of connection. I’m here to walk beside you—to help restore balance, rebuild confidence, and support your path forward with compassion and care.
Fun Fact: I previously lived in Italy and interned at the U.S. Embassy to the Vatican during my undergraduate years!
