Hello! My name is Linda and I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, women’s issues, and major life transitions. I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Bowling Green State University.
I am dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach is humanistic and client-centered — I believe healing begins with a genuine, trusting connection where you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are. In our work together, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and EMDR to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Fun fact: I love to read and I have met two of my favorite authors in person!
