I am currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work at Cleveland State University and hold a Bachelors Degree in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University. My professional experience includes 8 years of individual, family/relationship, and group counseling with a substance use focus. This has allowed me to develop experience in providing CBT, mindfulness, and trauma informed approaches in my practice. I have worked with individuals who face a wide range of mental illnesses and assisted them in making positive changes by identifying their strengths and providing insight and support as they take on life’s many challenges.
My goal is to make the therapeutic process as reassuring and positive as possible. I take a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, and I am deeply committed to helping you achieve your goals.
The life you want is possible. Let’s work together to make it a reality.
Fun fact: I toured with a college acapella group and performed at venues throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
