I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults across a variety of settings. I specialize in helping individuals who suffer from anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and relationship challenges. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy in order to address the individual needs of my clients. My framework is drawn from a blend of psychodynamic, dialectic behavioral, and client centered therapy approaches. I am a dedicated and compassionate professional who works hard to support the growth and emotional wellbeing of my clients.
I received my Bachelor of Psychology degree from California State University Long Beach. I earned my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University in Ohio.
Fun Facts: I am the proud pet parent to two dogs named Lily Beth (Jack Russell) and Joe (Black Labrador). I also lived and attended a girl’s school in Liverpool, England.
